When can I expect my order?

After placing your order, the processing time is on average 2 to 4 business days. The average delivery time is then 6-11 business days, calculated from the moment your order is processed and shipped. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save on storage and transport costs and to offer our products at a lower price than our competitors. Please note that the total delivery time is an estimate and may vary.

Postage costs

Shipping is free for all orders. There are no additional charges for shipping within our delivery area.

If you choose fast delivery, your order will be delivered within 4 to 9 working days. Please note that there are additional costs involved.

Track & Trace Code

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Sometimes it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the link you received in the e-mail with your track & trace code.

If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us via info@yourgadgetstore.nl . We will then start an investigation into your order. Although we do our best to avoid delays, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.

Not satisfied or return product

If you are not satisfied with your order or if you want to return a product, you can always contact us via info@yourgadgetstore.nl

We are happy to help you solve the problem as soon as possible. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in good condition. Make sure the product is complete with original packaging and accessories. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are clearly marked on the product page.

If the product is not to your liking or there are defects, please send us an email with the reason for return and add photos of the product. You will receive the correct return form from us.
